How to install (Firefox <20)

1. If you have a TV card, connect it first.  Without it you won't get TV, but you can record a webcam.

      Click on the download button, you probably already did this.

Click Save File to save the Imaging PVR Setup Application.

2. Double Click the ImagingPVR.msi file in the Downloads window.

If you can't find the Downloads window press Ctrl+J to make the Downloads window visible.

3. When Security Warning dialog box appears, click Run.

3.1 Window 8+: If "Windows has protected your PC" appears click More Info.

3.2 Window 8+: Click Run Anyway.

4. Click on Accept and Install to complete installation. The program will run automatically. If you downloaded the custom installer you can change the install location by clicking on Browse

5. After a few seconds Imaging PVR starts automatically.  If you have a TV card connected it will start tuning.  

You can either tune in all channels now, or tune a few and choose to do the rest later.

6. After a few seconds Imaging PVR will start.  

If you never connected your TV card first, close Imaging PVR, connect the card then open Imaging PVR again.

Select a channel and let it play for a few minutes to allow the programme information to load.

Select the channel from the top menu > Channels.

Running the software the next time

Make sure your TV card, with driver installed, is connected.

Double click on the 'Imaging PVR' shortcut on the desktop. 

or  

Start  > Programs > Imaging PVR.

(Did you remember to connect your TV  card with the driver installed before opening Imaging PVR?  

It won't work if you open the software then connect the card. Close the software, connect the card then open Imaging PVR again.

To complete tuning if you skipped when installing:

Click setup > Tune in > Select your TV tuner from the tab > Autotune
